Monaro Panthers Registration Payment Policy

1. Payment Platform

All registration fees must be paid through the Monaro Panthers FC 360Player platform.

2. Payment Deadline

All registration fees are required to be paid by the date advised by the club at the time of registration.

3. Payment Plans

Where a payment plan has been agreed, it is the responsibility of the individual who entered into the plan to ensure all payments are made in accordance with the agreed schedule. A pay-in-four payment plan is offered only where an individual registration exceeds $900.

4. Missed or Late Payments

If you expect to miss a scheduled payment, you must contact the Club’s Treasurer at Treasurer@monaropanthers.com.au before the due date to arrange alternative options.

Missed payments may incur an administration fee equivalent to 10% of the balance owing.

5. Non-Payment and Registration Consequences

If all outstanding fees are not paid in full or as agreed with Monaro Panthers, Monaro Panthers FC

will:

  • Cancel the player’s registration with Monaro Panthers FC and Capital Football.

  • Hold the player’s registration and notify Capital Football, preventing the player from registering with another club until all outstanding fees are paid in full.

  • Payments under the plan are up to date.

Monaro Panthers Refund Policy

1. FFA and Capital Football Fees

Refunds for Football Federation Australia (FFA) and Capital Football components are governed by the Capital Football Play Football Registration Refund Policy.

2. Monaro Panthers FC Fees

Refunds for Monaro Panthers FC fees are at the sole discretion of Monaro Panthers FC. A pro-rata refund may be granted for refundable club fees on a pro-rata basis. Refund requests must be submitted through the Refund Request Form available in 360Player.

Definitions

FFA and Capital Football Fees

These may include any of the following:

  • National Registration Fee (NRF)

  • Insurance Fee

  • Member Federation Registration Fee (MRF)

  • Facility Infrastructure Levy

Non-Refundable Monaro Panthers FC Fees

These include upfront costs incurred by Monaro Panthers FC.

360Player

The sports management software used by Monaro Panthers FC for communication, team management, registrations, and payments.
