Led by PRO Diploma-qualified Technical Director and former professional Javier Roca, our academy delivers high-energy sessions focused on real player development.

ABOUT JAVIER ROCA

Technical Director and Head Coach of Monaro Panthers FC
Former Chilean professional footballer
Product of Colo-Colo youth academy; made senior debut at age 17
Represented Chile at U17 and U20 international levels
Played professionally in Chile, Venezuela, and Indonesia; top scorer in 2005
Transitioned to coaching in 2014
Graduated top of his class from INAF (Chile’s National Football Institute)
Former lecturer in Football Methodology
Technical Director at La Liga Academy (Jakarta) and head coach roles in Indonesian top-tier clubs
CONMEBOL Pro Licence holder
