As Team Manager, you will need to collect the following information from your team before registering the team in 360Player:

Monaro Panthers use 360Player for team management and club communication. Important updates such as training times and season information will be sent through the app, so notifications must be enabled.

Important note: If you are already registered with another club in 360Player, the application supports being connected to multiple clubs. See the 360Player FAQ at the bottom of this page for options.

In the app: go to Club Lobby in 360Player; select Registrations; select the correct Summer 2026 team registration form; complete one form per team.

Payment is made securely through the 360Player form using a credit or debit card.

Once payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email from Monaro Panthers 360Player and be added to the Summer competition group for club communication. Enable app notifications. The Play Football registration link will be supplied in 360Player once Capital Football approves the team. Check spam or junk folders for the confirmation email.

CRITICAL: Send the Play Football registration link to your players so they can complete Stage 2 – Player Registration. Team Managers are responsible for providing the unique link and ensuring every player has registered in Play Football and, if necessary, paid the applicable insurance.

If you have an existing 360Player account connected to another club you have a few options:

• Option 1 – Join the Monaro 360Player instance and remain in both clubs. The app supports switching between clubs.
