Monaro Panthers MiniRoos is all about fun, friendship and football in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Designed for young players U6 to U11 of all abilities, MiniRoos helps children develop skills, confidence and a love of the game while making new friends and enjoying football.

Our SAP and Pathway teams provide talented players with a development pathway aligned with Capital Football and Football Australia. SAP builds strong technical foundations and game understanding, while High Performance teams provide a more advanced training and competition environment focused on progression into NPL and higher-level football.

Community Football is the grassroots heart of Monaro Panthers, offering football for junior players of all ages, abilities and experience levels.

The Performance Academy provides U7–U18 players with additional high-quality training to support their development. Led by Technical Director Javier Roca, the Academy focuses on technical skills, game understanding, decision-making and confidence, helping motivated players develop and reach their potential.

Our Elite Youth Football program provides talented and committed boys and girls with the opportunity to compete in the Capital Football NPL. Players develop in a structured, high-quality environment focused on technical ability, tactical understanding, physical development and strong team standards, preparing them for progression into senior NPL football and higher-level opportunities.

Our Elite Senior Football program represents the highest level of competition at Monaro Panthers, with our Men’s First Grade and U23 teams competing in the Capital Football NPL. The program provides a high-performance pathway from youth football into the senior game, focusing on technical quality, tactical understanding, physical preparation and professionalism, while preparing ambitious players for First Grade and opportunities beyond the club.

Community Football open-age Capital Football State League Men and Women, the program focuses on enjoyment, participation, teamwork and belonging in a welcoming and inclusive club environment.
