2027 SEASON
PLAYER REGISTRATION
All new and returning players for 2027 must complete registration in two separate systems.
This guide explains every step for players, parents and guardians.

This registration process applies to 2027 Capital Football Competitions Only.

360Player is Monaro’s club registration, payment and communication system.
PlayFootball is used by Capital Football for competition registration and player governance.

A PlayFootball team link is emailed to you after registration in 360Player.

REGISTER IN PLAYFOOTBALL NEXT
Using the PlayFootball team link sent to you from 360Player, register in PlayFootball.
FINAL STAGE
CHECK BOTH CONFIRMATION EMAILS
Check and confirm confirmation emails from both 360Player and PlayFootball.
IMPORTANT NOTE · ELIGIBILITY
Without a completed PlayFootball registration, the player is ineligible to play—even when the 360Player form and payment have been completed.

STEP 1 - CLUB REGISTRATION
JOIN MONARO IN 360PLAYER
Monaro Panthers uses 360Player for team management and club communication. Training times, team events and important season updates are sent through the app, so enable notifications after joining.
JOIN THE CLUB LOBBY
Download the 360Player app or use a web browser.
Join the Monaro Panthers club lobby using the code below.
If you already use 360Player with another club, the app supports membership of multiple clubs—do not automatically create a new account.

PARENTS AND GUARDIANS FOR PLAYERS UNDER 18
Every minor must be linked to a parent or guardian for welfare and protection.
The first parent creates the child’s single player profile.
Any second parent or guardian must join that existing profile by invitation from the first parent.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Only one parent creates the player profile and then invites the second parent in the 360 app.
Duplicate profiles if created seperately by each parent can cause problems with split team registrations, events and communication.
PLAYERS AGED 18+
Adult players create or access their own 360Player account
Select Player as the role.
Use the official 360player help guide if you need help creating the account.
PLAYERS UNDER 18
FIRST PARENT CREATES. SECOND PARENT IS INVITED.
Every minor must be linked to a parent or guardian for welfare and protection.
The first parent creates the child’s single player profile. Any second parent or guardian must join that existing profile by invitation.
IMPORTANT NOTE · ONE PLAYER PROFILE ONLY
Do not create multiple player profiles for the same child. If the player already has a profile from another parent, another club or a previous season, stop and use that existing profile. Duplicate profiles can split registrations, events and communication and prevent players accessing the app.
FIRST PARENT OR GUARDIAN ONLY
CREATE THE PLAYER PROFILE
1. Create a Parent account and select Parent—not Player—as your role.
2. If you are also a coach or team manager, select Coach/Staff as your role first, then add your child.
3. Create one player profile for each child only if that child does not already have a profile.
PLAYERS AGED 14–18
The first parent creates the player profile, ticks the option allowing the child to access their own account, and creates individual login credentials for the child. Provide those details to the player. Both the child and linked parents can respond to team-wall posts and team events.
PLAYERS UNDER 14
The first parent creates the player profile but does not create login credentials for the child. Linked parents or guardians communicate with the team and respond to training and match events on the child’s behalf.
SECOND PARENT OR GUARDIAN
PARENT 1 INVITES PARENT 2—DO NOT RECREATE
1. Parent 1 opens the existing player profile and selects the option to invite an additional parent or guardian.
2. Send the invitation using Parent 2’s correct email address.
3. Parent 2 opens the invitation, signs in or creates their own Parent account, and accepts the connection to the existing player profile.
4. Parent 2 must not add the child again or create another player profile. If the invitation is missing, ask Parent 1 to resend it.

COMPLETE THE FORM AND PAY

COMPLETE ONE FORM PER PLAYER
Before starting, confirm which team or program the player is joining. Most players use a community-team form.
NPL, SAP and Pathway registrations are invitation-only after selection through trials or the relevant process.
In 360Player, open Club Lobby, select Registrations, choose the correct team form and complete one form for each player. If the player has played before, include their existing FFA number. If you cannot find it, check the PlayFootball website.
STEP 3
PAY SECURELY IN 360PLAYER
Payment is made through the 360Player registration form using a credit or debit card. The registration fee contributes to:
• Player kit
• Coach and manager registrations
• Team nomination and referee fees
• Ground hire, lighting and line marking
• Training and match equipment
• Football Australia and Capital Football fees
• MPFC charges and GST
Age-based governing-body fees may cause some group totals to differ. Monaro Panthers FC is a not-for-profit club predominantly run by volunteers.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Do not stop after paying in 360Player. Payment and club registration do not replace PlayFootball registration. You must receive confirmation from both systems.
STAGE 2 · CAPITAL FOOTBALL REGISTRATION
REGISTER THE PLAYER IN PLAYFOOTBALL
After Stage 1, every player must also be registered in PlayFootball so they appear in Capital Football’s competition and player-governance systems.
USE THE TEAM-SPECIFIC LINK
1. Look for the 360Player confirmation email containing the correct PlayFootball team registration link.
2. Open the link and sign in to PlayFootball, or create an account if you have not registered previously.
3. Register the player and select the correct package for the team entered in 360Player.
4. No second club payment is made in PlayFootball. Capital Football’s fee structure may still be visible for the package.
MINIROOS: CHOOSE SUBSIDISED PAYMENT
MiniRoos families must select the subsidised payment option so no additional fee is payable in PlayFootball. If a fee appears, stop and check the selected payment option before continuing.
FINAL STAGE
CHECK BOTH CONFIRMATION EMAILS
You should receive separate confirmation emails from Monaro Panthers through 360Player and from PlayFootball. Check junk or spam folders. If either confirmation is missing, contact your club coordinator before the player trains or plays.

360PLAYER FAQ
EXISTING ACCOUNTS AND CLUB ROLES
COACH OR MANAGER AND A PARENT?
Register your own account as Coach/Staff first. Then add your children using the normal player-profile process for their age. Do not select Player for your own role unless you are also registering yourself as a player.
ALREADY CONNECTED TO ANOTHER CLUB?
Option 1: Join Monaro and remain connected to both clubs. 360Player supports switching clubs from the club-logo menu.
Option 2: Ask the previous club to remove you from its 360Player instance.
Option 3: Delete the previous account and create a new Monaro account only if you prefer and understand that existing history may no longer be available.
Where practical, joining Monaro with the existing account avoids duplicate profiles.
EXISTING USER PROCESS
JOIN A NEW GROUP OR CLUB
1. Log in using the existing 360Player account.
2. Select the dropdown arrow at the top of the screen.
3. Select Join a new group or club.
4. Select the player or child joining Monaro Panthers.
5. Enter lobby code K7KAKB.
