EOI Coaching roles in Premier League 2020

After a successful 2019 season, the Monaro Panthers Football Club is looking to build further depth in its coaching team. To do this, we are seeking applications from suitably qualified coaches across our whole Women's and Men's Premier League environment from juniors to seniors.

You will be working with our Technical Director (FFA and UEFA A Licence) Adam Firych who will provide the opportunity to learn and be mentored from his experiences as a TD and Coach in Ireland, Poland and Australia.

Minimum qualification – FFA, C licence for youth teams (or attending a course before the 2020 season). For all senior coaching appointments we are seeking FFA, B Licenced coaches as a preference. The Club will reimburse all course fees for Premier League Coaches, once they have committed to coaching at the club.

These are child-related positions and prohibited persons need not apply.

All relevant working with children checks will apply.

Applications close at 5 pm on Saturday, September 14th, 2019 and we will not consider any applications submitted afterwards.

We would like our coaches to commit to their roles for 2 seasons (subject to approval by TD and the Committee after 1st year).

According to the Club's policy, you are not allowed to be a Head Coach of the same team where your own son/daughter plays. We strongly believe that in all Premier League teams it is better for the individual (and also a team) not to be coached by own parents (especially as a Head Coach).

All Premier League Coaches from 2019 season need to re-apply for their positions. Returning coaches will be given priority consideration should they be applying for their current coaching role.

We wish all applicants the very best of luck!
