Tour to Korea 2013

In past years, the Club has received an invitation to send an U12 team to participate in an international tournament hosted by the Korean Youth Football Association. We hope to have this opportunity again in 2013.

Based on previous years, costs would be up to $2000-3000 per player, depending on fund raising. The tour is expected to take place in July or August, with players experiencing a mix of hotel and "paired billet" accommodation.

Accordingly, parents of players who are interested in being considered for participation in this tour and who are intending to register as a player with our Club (MPFC) are asked to contact the Coaching Technical Director (CTD) Njegosh Popovich.

The Club will do it's best to accomodate special needs and will endevour to support parents if they wish to accompany their children. Unfortunately only players and officials will be allowed into the official tournament accommodation hotel. Parents can attend most of the functions, games and activities and stay within close proximity if available.

We stress that this is an official sanctioned International Football Tournament, hosted by the Korean Youth Football Association and as such, they stipulate the tournament rules and regulations.
